My work involves many different avenues – writing books and articles, keynote speaking, masterclasses, consulting, and debunking myths via media interviews. I also curate material about building remarkable businesses and the future of work on my LinkedIn and Twitter sites, and am an avid researcher.

For instance, a CEO Institute survey showed the number one issue keeping executives awake at night was finding and keeping great people.  Yet at the same time PwC research showed that talent strategies didn’t make the top 5 in any CEO’s operational plan. I was intrigued by this anomaly and ended up writing a whole book about it (Winning The War For Talent). 

I also like to mix things up so I am continuously learning, to keep pace with the rapid transformation occurring in this area.
